Have fun with our fluffy and vegan kombucha pancakes!
This year, Easter means once again enjoying special moments with your family and becoming aware of how important it is to be healthy. We hope you have a wonderful Easter despite all the restrictions, with a few rays of sunshine. Our vegan pancakes are sugar-free and egg-free, super fluffy thanks to unsweetened applesauce and kombucha. For Easter, there are no limits to your toppings. Applesauce, delicious almond butter, berries, or just a little maple syrup as a highlight. Entirely to your taste! Let's go!
You will need the following equipment:
- Spatula
- Mixing bowl
- Whisk
- Coated pan
Ingredients for 12 Kombucha Pancakes:
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup Kombucha Original
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 4 teaspoons avocado oil or oil of your choice
- Oil for frying in the pan
Let's go!

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix everything until a smooth liquid batter is formed

2. Heat the coated pan over medium heat and add a little oil
3. Once the pan is hot, you can now add a ladle or a large spoon of batter to the pan - or several, if your pan is large enough

4. As soon as you can see small bubbles in the batter and the bottom is lightly golden-brown, you can carefully flip the pancakes
5. Now you just have to wait until the other side turns nice and golden-brown and then lift the pancakes out of the pan onto a plate
